The Violent Drug DealerKaren from Barrie, Canada My husband came home one night last month completely drugged. I've never seen him like this. He was high on something. He came home high as a kite and VERY angry. I don't know what he was so upset about but I was terrified. Due to all the other times he came home angry and abusive, I thought that this time was going to result in him beating someone maybe even his lifemate. The kids were petrified as they hid in their rooms and locked the doors. I tried to calm him down and at first, it seemed as if I was doing a good job when all of a sudden, he saw that a dish had been left on the table from dinner. He totally went ballistic and pushed me hard. I flew onto the floor and hit my head against the tiles. Because of all the time the police here in Canada failed to help, I wasn't so quick to call them. I let him freak out until he passed out on the couch. I then took the kids and drove to my mother's house. She recently moved to Vancouver so my lifemate doesn't know where she lives. We've been there since and I haven't seen him at all. I only talk on the phone to him when we discuss our up coming divorce. I think a divorce is the only way to ensure our safety. I think anyone who reads my lifemates complaint will agree with me. |
